My approach combines research, strategy, and creative expertise. First, I gather and distill inputs from senior stakeholders to deeply understand the business problem to be solved. From there, I navigate these dynamics and priorities, balancing points of view to recommend the approach that suits the team’s long term goals, then communicate my recommendations persuasively to senior executives
Finally, I design and deliver an engagement that allows teams to frame the opportunity on their own terms, better understand the customer, map their mission to a goal state, and formulate a path to get to that future vision.
